How do I book a class?

Log on to our website, select a date and time and you’re good to go.

How do I Cancel/Reschedule my Booking?

Go to the ‘My Account Page’ and Select ‘Forgot Password’ to request a password reset with the email address used for booking. You will receive a link to reset/create a new password for your account which allows you to manage your profile and bookings.

What should I take to Class?

Please bring a Sweat Towel & Water with you.

Do you have a sign up fee?

Simple Answers is No! We operate on a ‘Pay as you Train’ Model to ensure we provide Customers with the best value for Money.

Do I have to enter a Contract?

Simple Answers is No! We operate on a ‘Pay as you Train’ Model to ensure we provide Customers with the best value for Money.

Can I put my membership or class credits on hold?

Unfortunately, we do not allow to transfer credits on any of our packages.

How do I pay?

You can book either individual classes or class credits which gives members plenty of flexibility of when to workout.

What fitness level do I need to be to do classes at Voltage?

Voltage Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Those coming for the first time are encouraged to take the class at their own pace to get movement correct.

What is the process if I need to Cancel?

Please cancel through our website, You can login via the individual link you were sent during booking. We do not offer refunds on our credit packages

Can I attend if I'm Pregnant?

We advise anyone that is Pregnant not to train at Voltage. We look forward to welcoming any post-natal mums once they have received clearance to exercise from their Doctor.

How many calories will I burn in the class?

Average calories burned in a 45 minute class is 300-600 depending on your age, weight, height and sex. All of which are personal information which you input onto the Polar system prior to taking your first class.

How early should I arrive for my first class?

We advise everyone to arrive to your class at least 10-15 minutes beforehand to set up with our Polar heart rate tracker and to meet the Coach.

Do you have any changing rooms/lockers?

We don’t have any changing rooms or lockers 

    • Our studio is locked while classes are ongoing so valuables can be stored in the cubbies provided.
