Training
We know daily exercise is good for optimising health. But with so many options and limitless information available, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with what works. Rowing, Cycling & Skiing are some of the best workouts you can do as they work every muscle group in the body and you can do them at your own pace!
Weight Loss
Weight loss boils down to a simple formula: burn more Calories than you take in. There is no magic pill. Results come from hard work and consistency.
If you have a lot of weight to lose, the seated nature of rowing takes the pressure off your joints while providing a superior workout.
Strength
A rowing machine uses 86 percent of the muscles in your body, according to a study from the English Institute of Sport.
Cardio
Voltage is a great full-body exercise. Not only does it help you burn calories, but it improves your overall cardiovascular fitness, and can help you tone up your major muscles. It’s also a low-impact exercise, which means it’s great for people who may have knee pain or joint issues that make running difficult.
What should I take to Class?
